YOU ARE YOUR THOUGHTS!

Small Thoughts Yield Small Results!

You Are What You Think!

FILTER OUT FILTER IN

AFFIRMATIONS

I'm a failure. I can never do anything right.

I have beaten many odds in my life and am proud of these successes. I can be successful in everything that I do.

Your mind can't process two opposing thoughts- positive and negative. On the conscious level, you might say something like "I want a new house by the end of the year." Deep down inside, you may really feel "I don't deserve to have a better lifestyle or new house". The result is two conflicting thoughts (your desires and actual feelings) fighting each other. Guess which one wins? The negative one!!

To help your true desires and wants win out over negative ones, try using affirmations or positive sayings that help turn your negative thoughts around. If you spend time saying your affirmations every day, the positive thoughts will eventually prevail.

Below are some very helpful Affirmations to Use:

"I am in charge of myself. No one can stop my good."

"I claim my success!"

"Today's storm is tomorrow's rainbow! Without rain, there can be no sunshine or growth."

"No one can hold me down unless I want to be held."

"My life has unlimited possibilities."

"My unbelievable future is waiting for me! I will take advantage of every opportunity."

"I believe in the enormous possibilities before me!"

Tips on Creating Affirmations for Yourself:

  • Write an affirmation that has some meaning to you. This is very important. Don't pick meaningless words. Think about what you really want and craft an appropriate affirmation. If you want a new house, you might say "I claim all that is meant for me in the Universe. I claim my new house."
  • Set aside fifteen minutes every day. Sit in a chair, close your eyes and begin saying the affirmation over and over.
  • As you say your affirmation, you must really believe and feel it. Again, words are meaningless without true intention and belief.
Say your affirmation and build up a passion to make your desires realities.
  • Listen to positive thinking-type tapes. Flood your mind with positive thoughts.
When you catch yourself feeling negative about your desire, say the affirmation until there is no trace of the negativity.
I'm a failure. I can never do anything right. I have beaten many odds in my life and am proud of these successes. I can be successful in everything that I do.

I have no joy in my life.  Joy us seeking me out and has found me.

I'm not good enough. I am very good at doing _____. My strengths are in __________ and my prior successes have been in ________ and __________.

I'll never be pretty or handsome enough. I'm beautiful both inside and out. Because I'm strong and have high self-esteem, I know that my inner beauty is far more important than my outer beauty.

My life is so unhappy. Nothing ever works out for me. I am reversing my negative thinking by taking charge of my life. By doing so, I am not leaving my destiny to anyone but myself.

I'm so miserable and feel like giving up.  Life is a miracle. There are hundreds of miracles just waiting out there for me. All I have to do is look and really see my own miracles unfolding.

I fear the unknown. I look fear in the face, knowing that I'll cross paths with my purpose and destiny. So I have no reason to fear all that is mine by birthright and waiting for me.
